Ron Ten Berge and Farm to Table

Ron Ten Berge and his wife used to be part of the vegetable garden scene but found that it can be wasteful for just two people. Instead, they go to their local farmers market every weekend and get farm raised meat and vegetables. For Ron Ten Berge, there is nothing more organic than wild game and since he grew up hunting and loves the outdoors, he knows how fresh meat can be. Processed meat is dangerous given the amount of chemicals that are used.


1.      It is easy to slap the label “organic” on anything. Farmers markets are always a safe bet.
