Ron Ten Berge, when you’re working and on the run, how do you manage your health: on exercising

Ron Ten Berge knows that when you’re busy, you have still need to take care of yourself. Being a businessperson, there is a tendency to sometimes be too busy and how you treat your body becomes of utmost importance.

You have to take care of your mind and body, because being a business person means traveling a ton, sitting all day at your computer, in your car, on a bus, plane, or train. Ron Ten Berge approaches healthy living through diet and exercise.

He works out several days a week. He starts out his day with an hour of exercise because he finds that if he doesn't do it first thing in the morning, it doesn't get done. Once he does his exercise, he finds that the day is brighter, easier, and he feels good, especially since the rest of his day tends to be a series of time and acts for others as a manager.

Ron Ten Berge prefers to take group exercise classes as his form of working out—he is personally fond of group fitness classes that are high intensity strength training or any kind of training with repetition. He particularly likes taking spin classes.
